FAT FAT FAT

I have a small figure of body because I'm short , and I'm petite and I don't really hate it ( maybe a little )
and here is the explanation of petite based on wikipedia;

In fashion and clothing, a petite size is a standard clothing size designed to fit women of shorter height, typically 160 cm (5 ft 3 in) or less.

I'm around 5 ft ( 152~153 cm), and I'm almost the shortest girl in my class
My foot size is 21.5 cm / 35 / 3 , It's really difficult to find nice shoes in my size 
But , MY WEIGHT DEFINE ME AS A PIG. THE PETITE PIG.

I really love foods, especially Indonesian food and Japanese food, oh don't forget fast food too but who doesn't love food ? Unfortunately, I gain weight easily... yeah ... sad fact and another sad fact I lost 12 kg but I gained about 7 kg. FML FML FML WHY DID I EAT LIKE A PIG? WHY ? WHY?



So after that sad facts , I must go on a diet but It's really hard to get motivated to lose weight. Yeah ... it's really hard... But I still need to lose weight, and ... I lost 3 kg in one week. How can I do that? It's a secret ! No lah ~ I will tell you !
  • I go to the gym everyday and burn about 300~500 calories / day. 
  • I count my daily calories intake.
  • I drink a lot of water.
And I cook my own food, but sometimes I'm too lazy to cook so I cheat and make a instant food . And I found some low calories instant foods, you can find it at supermarket/minimarket in Indonesia ( or Jakarta ?)
  • Bihun Rose Brand / Angel Hair Rose Brand ( really lame name I know ) - 200 calories
  • Super Bubur ( Beef Floss / Abon Sapi ) - 200 calories
  • Tropicana Slim Low Fat Noodle - 230 calories
  • Energen Oat Milk - 90 calories
  • Miso Soup - 30 calories 
  • Yam Mixed Cereal - 150 calories
I have a long list, but I forget how many calories in it, so I'll update it later on ! It's not healthy but It's work after all
